Dr. Norma Davis is a highly inspirational Conference Speaker, Pastor, and Certified Life Coach. She is known for preaching and teaching God’s Word with boldness, conviction, and compassion and unapologetically upholds the Word of God as the standard for living.  Her mission is to inspire men and women to walk in their God-given authority as believers, with a particular passion for empowering women to shatter glass ceilings spiritually and professionally.

Dr. Norma grew up in both the Church of God in Christ and Baptist churches, and by 16, she was known as the teenage singing preacher traveling around the city, spreading the Word of God. Despite a challenging period where she stepped away from her faith, she experienced a powerful rededication to Christ in 1987, which reignited her ministry. Over the last 36 years, she has faithfully served in various leadership positions, including Pastor, Assistant Pastor, Director of Women’s Services, Ministry School Instructor, and Small Group Director.

Academically, Dr. Norma holds a Bachelor’s degree in Supervision and Management, three Master’s Degrees in Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, and Homeland Security, and most recently, she received an Honorary Doctorate Degree from St. Thomas Christian University, which was awarded due to her countless years of ministry and impact within the Christian community.

Dr. Norma co-pastors Love Alive Church in Orange Park, Florida with her husband, Dr. Leo Davis. She is the Founder of Journey Through Faith with Pastor Norma, an online broadcast that has touched countless lives. Outside of ministry, Dr. Norma is a serial entrepreneur, co-leading several thriving businesses with her husband.  

Of all her accomplishments, Dr. Norma’s greatest titles are wife, mother, and Gigi.  She is the wife to Dr. Leo Davis for almost 35 years, mother to her four amazing children, Jamal (RIH 2009), Bridgett, Joshua, and Jonathan, and Gigi to two of the greatest grand blessings to ever be born, Josiah and Phoebe.
